Short and plain: what this site collects, where it goes, and how to make it disappear. If anything here is unclear, email hi@madalinabuzdugan.com.
Who I am
Madalina Buzdugan, sustainability & AI strategist. This site is mine, and I am the one responsible for the data it collects. The fastest way to reach me about any of this: hi@madalinabuzdugan.com.
What gets collected
Email address — and your name, when you give one — through the forms on this site: the newsletter signup, the sustainable AI policy starter kit, the sustainable AI quiz, and the workshop registration.
Workshop details — for paid workshops, the company name and tax number if you provide them for the invoice, plus your payment status. Card details never touch this site; payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Quiz answers — the quiz scores in your browser only. One anonymous row (your archetype and dial scores, no email, no identifier) is kept so the result page can show real statistics.
Where it goes
Email addresses are stored in this site's database and sent to Beehiiv, the newsletter provider that actually delivers the emails (from notify.madalinabuzdugan.com). People who book a workshop join the same list, so they hear about future programs; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Payments and invoices run through Stripe. Stripe processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your details are never sold and never passed on to anyone else.
How long it's kept
Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete you.
Workshop registrations and invoices: until I close the books as a business, because tax rules require me to keep the paperwork.
Anonymous quiz rows: kept as statistics; they contain nothing that identifies you.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. For anything else — including full deletion — email hi@madalinabuzdugan.com and it happens, no questions asked.
